2. Surgical glove outer pouch packaging machine (PLC controlled system with touchscreen interface)
We have several models of outer pouch sealing machine. All of our machines are 4 side heat sealing type machine. We would recommend you the most cost effective model according to your production capacity and future scope.
SGPM01 : It is the basic model of outer pouch packaging machine. It is single line having a production capacity of 25 pouches/minute in the optimum condition.
SGPM02 : It is double line pouch packaging machine having a production capacity of 60 pouches/minute in the optimum condition
SGPM01/02(1C) : Pouch packaging machine with integrated printer. Top and bottom reels are inserted in the machine as blank.
SGPM02CB : Pouch packaging machine with slotted conveyor. In this machine, wallets are loaded in the slotted conveyor instead of reel.
SGPM02CC : Continuous rotary sealer and rotary cutter is used in this machine. Wallets loaded in the slotted conveyor.
3. Blister packaging machine : It is a special packaging machine used for packing small sized wallets (Pocket glove).
